The body of Christ has been commanded, commissioned and sent by Christ to make disciples, energized by his Spirit to advance his kingdom. We don’t believe the church has a mission but that God’s mission has a church. MTI equips individuals within their local churches to be more fruitful in their leadership roles.
Cohort-based theological education
MTI programs are designed for students to be theologically formed for ministry through coursework and intentional mentoring while living out their education in their local church and ministry setting.
Two certificate programs
Leadership in Ministry Certificate
The 60-credit Leadership in Ministry Certificate is our flagship program. Offered over 3.5 years, it provides a path to train for senior leadership in a local church or parachurch ministry.
Ministry Endorsement Certificate
The 30-credit Ministry Endorsement program is designed to equip those looking to serve their local church with strong biblical and leadership foundations.
